Latest News: Malawi book appeal

Thanks to the hard work of office volunteer Diane Maybey, our "Book in every Hand" appeal for Malawi is now well under way. The aim of this appeal is to send 5,000 story books to Malawi for distribution to children in schools in the Mangoche district. The Book Bus will be working in the area during the Lake of Stars festival in September 2011 and the story book donations will boost our school literacy support work tremendously. Donations have started pouring in from our supporters in the Warwickshire area and we are grateful to Kenilworth Books and their customers for giving us 456 books so far.
